Running Nationwide For Cancer Awareness… While Juggling!

Team Catch It Early adds energy and awareness at the Komen Race for The Cure

Playing By Air and jugglers nationwide will turn attention, and heads, toward cancer awareness by juggling while running in Race for the Cure events throughout the Fall.

The jugglers will raise awareness and funds for Susan G. Komen for the Cure programs in their local communities while joining together to create a nationwide movement by “joggling.”

Joggling is the growing sport of juggling while running, which has received publicity recently for several world records that have been broken in 2011. Playing By Air's Team Catch It Early program coordinates hobbyists, athletes, and professional jugglers to joggle in cancer awareness races throughout the year.

Playing By Air Performs at the White House for Military Families

On Sunday, October 31st, Playing By Air entertained families at the White House while children received Halloween treats from the President and the First Lady. Military families and local children were invited to attend this second annual event in Washington, D.C.

Dressed in black suits and orange ties, Playing By Air performers drew smiles from the crowd as they juggled pumpkins and giant inflatable balls. The jugglers performed under the backdrop of the East Wing decorated for the holiday.

"It was an honor to meet the President and to help the first family create a very special experience for the families in the community," said Jacob Weiss, Playing By Air Director.

The performers traveled to Washington, D.C. from Nashville and New York with custom props designed specially for the event produced by the Bezark Company.

Following their appearance at the White House, the Playing By Air team continues to bring their unique brand of entertainment to special events in support of local community-based organizations around the country.
